Write down 10 new Blessings and why you are grateful for them. Read each one repeating “thank you, thank you, thank you“, feeling gratitude for each one.
So much to do and so little time
Many people live very hectic daily lives. Days and weeks are filled with things to do. Your child’s dentist or doctor’s appointment, going to the bank, car repairs, putting in petrol, grocery shopping, purchasing birthday presents, and so on and on. A to-do list which never seems to get any shorter. We all know the cliché “so much to do and so little time”.”I just never to seem to have the time” is another one. And we do often feel that way. That there are too few hours in the day, too few days in the week.
There might be tasks or issues that you just don’t know what to do about or how to resolve them. There could be things you simply don’t have the time or energy for. And there never seems to be any time for yourself . . . .
At the end of the day, when you fall exhausted into bed, you are overwhelmed by everything you did not have time to do.
Today’s Magical Practice – use the power of gratitude to help you get things done.
Make a list of all the tasks and issues you need to do or resolve. Many do this already but the list becomes a burdening, guilt-laden source of worry. So, try this. Name your list “My Magical To-Do List”. Write down all the things you need to do which you cannot see yourself getting to or resolving.
Choose three tasks on your list which you really wish you could tick off. Focus on each one and imagine that somehow people, events and circumstances have moved to resolve and sort out everything for you. Do not think of the “how”, just think of how you would feel for that task to be completed and off your list. And feel grateful and thankful. Spend at least a minute on each one.
Feel grateful for these tasks being completed and you attract their resolution.
Make this a daily practice and you will not feel so overwhelmed and you will feel happier and more positive.

End the day
When you go to bed tonight hold your Magic Rock in your hand. Close your fingers around it and feel it. Think of all the good things that have happened today. Choose the best good thing that happened and, feeling as grateful as you can, say “thank you, thank you, thank you“.
