Start the day
Write down 10 new Blessings and why you are grateful for them. Read each one repeating “thank you, thank you, thank you“, feeling gratitude for each one.
“Health is Wealth” – Virgil (Roman Poet)
The word “health” in old english meant “whole or wholeness”.
One of the many things we tend to take for granted in life is our health. The only time we are probably aware of our health is when we are feeling unwell, and when a physical condition prevents us from living our normal lives, or from doing something we enjoy. “I wish I could get rid of this cold so I can go swimming.” “If it wasn’t for my sprained ankle I’d be out cycling right now.” “I would love to enjoy this awesome lunch but I can’t because of my toothache.”
If we see Life as a gift, then we should see the Health of our bodies as the gift with which we are able to experience the gift of Life.
“Health is not simply the absence of sickness.” Hannah Green (American Author)
As you are sitting reading this, stretch out your one arm in front of you palm facing the floor. Now swivel your hand palm up and palm down a few times. Think of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and other bits which are are working together for that simple movement to happen. A doctor or physiotherapist would be able to tell you that “this and that bit contracts while this bit stretches and there is this muscle which is moving your hand, and the wrist bones and arm bones are shifting like so, etc. . . . .”. Wow! Sounds complicated.
Right now, focus your sight on any object in front of you. Your eyes are absorbing light in different wavelengths and sending this information to your brain. Your brain is processing this information and presenting your mind with the image of what is in front of you. Wow again! How amazing.
Every time you move your body today, or use any of your senses, think of how wonderfully your body is working for that to happen.
Our bodies are really amazingly wonderful marvels of engineering. By increasing our awareness and our Gratitude for the health of our bodies we not only grant our bodies the respect they deserve, we are also, by the Law of Attraction, attracting more health, and even attracting healing for areas of our bodies that need it.
For the Magic Health practice Rhonda Byrne says to think about, focus on, and be grateful for each of the following parts of your body. Think about why you are grateful for that particular part of your body. What do you use it for, what all are you able to do. Say thank you and feel the gratitude. Really mean it. The deeper you feel the gratitude, the faster and stronger will be the health and healing which you are attracting.

THE GIFT OF HEALTH IS KEEPING ME ALIVE
Write these words down on a piece of paper or cardboard, in big bold letters. Put this in a spot where you will see it often during the day. On your desk, in your bathroom (We’re going to write it on our bathroom mirror), on your cupboard door, anywhere you will see it often.
At least 4 times on Day 4 read these words to yourself. Feel grateful for your health and say ” Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
End the day
When you go to bed tonight hold your Magic Rock in your hand. Close your fingers around it and feel it. Think of all the good things that have happened today. Choose the best good thing that happened and, feeling as grateful as you can, say “thank you, thank you, thank you“.
